Congregate and Home Delivered Meal Program, meals are served Monday through Friday. The Osceola and Stromsburg Centers have Home Delivered meals on the weekends supplied by the nursing facilities. Holiday and Special Meals. Potluck meals once per month. Exercise and Nutrition Programs in all centers. Regular free blood pressure checks by Polk County Health Department. Pool and Pitch tournaments each month. Senior Companion Program for older adults to keep independent in their own homes.
