Treasurer
The Polk County Treasurer’s Office is located on the second floor of the Courthouse in Osceola, NE. The office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office is open during the noon hour.

Duties of the Treasurer’s Office:

To collect all revenues for the County

To bill and collect all real estate and personal taxes in the county

Issue titles for motor vehicles,

Register all motor vehicles with tax situs in Polk County

To issue driver licenses, C.D.L.’s, learner permits, I.D. cards, school permits, etc.

To disburse collections to the proper political subdivisions
